Public notice is hereby given that I, Charles Suarez, County Collector of St. Clair County, shall apply in the Circuit Court in the 20th Judicial Circuit on the twenty sixth (26th) day of October, 2012, for Judgment against the lands and lots mentioned and described in the following list of delinquent lands and lots for taxes, interest and costs due for 2011 and back taxes for 1999 to 2010 and for an order to sell said lands and lots for the satisfaction thereof, on the second Tuesday in November, A.D., 2012 to wit: on the thirteenth (13th) day of November 2012 all lands and lots for the sale of which an order shall be made, and will be exposed at public sale at the St. Clair County Building, in Belleville, Illinois, for the amount of taxes, interest and costs due thereon.
ABBREVIATIONS: The Permanent Property Number listed is broken down as follows: 1st and 2nd numbers represent the Township in which the parcel is located; 3rd and 4th numbers represent the section in said Township; 5th, 6th and 7th numbers represent which quarter section said parcel is in and numbers 8, 9 and 10 represent the location within the quarter section. If a B prints next to the total then back taxes are included with current year taxes shown in the total. If an * prints next to the total then only 2nd installment is past due.
An additional charge of $10.00 is added to unpaid taxes and interest owing on each piece of real estate listed below to cover the cost of publication and mailing delinquent notices thereof. The $10.00 is in addition to unpaid taxes and interest on the first installment after the 18th day of July 2012 and the second installment after the 5th day of September 2012 at the rate of one and one-half percent per 30 days until paid or forfeited. Parts of fractions of a 30 day period are regarded as 30 days.
